We would use this primarily in the evening while the skin is adapting to the spicules. Once well tolerated, follow SKIN1004's guidance for increasing frequency according to your skin.

Keep the rest of the routine relatively simple on initial spicule nights, particularly if you also use retinoids, exfoliating acids or other potentially irritating treatments.

For the first 1–2 weeks:
Apply a small amount (2-3 drops) to the areas you would like to target 2–3 evenings per week after cleansing and toning.

Gently spread and pat into the skin, then follow with your moisturiser.

Once the skin has adapted, frequency can gradually be increased to every other evening or daily use depending on tolerance.

We recommend using this product as part of your night routine.

Apply sunscreen every morning.

Important:
A mild tingling or prickling sensation can occur after application due to the micro-spicules. SKIN1004 notes that temporary redness may also occur and should normally settle as the skin adjusts.
