Refund policy

At Just Peachy, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not entirely satisfied, we're here to help. This policy complies with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and applies to all purchases made through our online store.

Return Window

You may return most items within 30 days of receiving your order. The product must be unused/unopened and in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please email us at hello@justpeachtybeauty.co.za. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label.

Important: Do not send items back without first contacting us. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days so we can resolve the issue promptly - either through a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the situation.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund, unless faulty or damaged:

  • Opened or used personal care and beauty products
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards or promotional items
  • Customised or personalised orders

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product, the fastest way is to return the original item once approved and place a new order for the replacement item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and reflect the refund.
