Of course! We only source from authorised Korean distributors, which means no
knock-offs, no grey imports, and definitely no shady serums. Your skin deserves
the best, and we’re here to deliver it.

The product I want is out of stock - Will it be back?


Most likely, yes! Click “Notify Me When Available” on the product page and we’ll email you the second it’s back on our shelves.

 I’m new to Korean skincare. Where do I even start?


Welcome to the glow side!

If you’re just starting out, a great beginner routine usually includes:

  • Cleanser - to give your skin a fresh start (night-time double cleanse = game changer)
  • Toner - to prep and balance your skin
  • Essence or Serum - to target your specific skin concerns
  • Moisturiser - to seal in hydration and all that skincare goodness
  • SPF (mornings) - non-negotiable, bestie!

Can I mix K-beauty with other skincare products?


You sure can. Most K-beauty products are gentle and play well with others. Just be careful when mixing strong actives (like retinol + acids). When in doubt, patch test or ask us.

Do you stock cruelty-free or vegan skincare?


We sure do! Since 2018, all cosmetics made in Korea are officially cruelty-free (thanks to a law banning animal testing - yay!). Even before then, most K-beauty brands were already steering clear of it. So yes, you can glow guilt-free.

Many of our K-beauty brands have vegan-friendly options too. Look for the tags on product pages or drop us a DM if you want help choosing clean, kind skincare.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you deliver?


We currently ship all across South Africa - Jozi, Cape Town, Durban, even that sleepy coastal town you love.

How much is delivery?


Enjoy free shipping on orders over R999 - your skincare stash (and your wallet) will thank you.

For orders under R999, we offer a range of convenient delivery options, from standard and express courier services to PUDO or BobBox pick-up points. Simply select the method and rate that best suits you. Full shipping details are available in our shipping policy and will be shown at checkout.

How long will delivery take?


We process orders in 1–2 working days.

Delivery takes:

  • 1–3 working days in major cities
  • 3–5 working days for outlying areas

Basically, just enough time to binge some K-dramas and manifest clear skin.

Will I receive tracking info?


Of course! As soon as your order ships, we’ll send a tracking number to your email or phone. Your glow-up is on the way.

Order Payments

How can I pay for my order?


We keep it easy and secure. You can pay using:

Bob Pay: Multiple payment options including debit/credit card payments to instant EFT and scan to pay.

Direct bank transfer: please note, when using this method, we will start processing and getting your order ready for shipping once your payment has cleared in our account. This might take a little extra time, so it could slightly delay shipping. Thanks for your patience!

Can I cancel or change my order?


If we haven’t shipped your order yet, then yes. Please email us ASAP at hello@justpeachy.co.za. If your order’s already out the door, it’s probably best to let it arrive and then chat to us if you still need help.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return something if I change my mind?


If the product is unopened and unused, yes. Email us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll help you arrange a return.

Please note: Return courier fees for change of mind returns are the responsibility of the customer. Once a product has been opened or used, it can’t be returned for hygiene reasons. Thanks for understanding!

Can I exchange something?


We don’t accept direct swaps, but you can return your unopened and unused product for store credit and place a new order for whatever your skin is craving next.

What if my order arrives damage or I receive incorrect items?


Oh no! That’s not peachy at all. Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a pic of the issue. We’ll sort it out faster than you can say “glass skin.”
