Shipping Within South Africa
We currently deliver anywhere in South Africa.
- Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days (depending on your location)

Delivery Fees: Shipping on orders below R999 will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Free Shipping for orders over R999.
Note: Rural or outlying areas may take slightly longer.
Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)
- Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to be processed and handed over to our shipping partner.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your parcel’s delivery status.
Delivery Issues or Delays
We partner with reliable couriers, but delays may occasionally occur due to external factors (e.g., weather, load shedding, strikes, or peak seasons). If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at hello@justpeachybeauty.co.za and we’ll assist promptly.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate at checkout. Just Peachy is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

At this time, we only ship within South Africa. We’re working toward offering international shipping in the future.
