Where does this fit into my routine?

Cleanser → BIODANCE Cera-Nol Gel Toner Pads → Serum → Moisturiser → SPF (AM).

Use morning and/or evening.

Follow with moisturiser to help seal in hydration.

Directions for use

After cleansing, gently swipe one toner pad across the face from the centre outwards, avoiding the delicate eye area.

For more intensive hydration, place the pads over areas that need extra care and leave on for 15–20 minutes, or until the pads begin to turn white. Remove the pads, gently swipe across the skin if desired, then pat in the remaining essence.

Avoid leaving the pads on for longer than 20 minutes.
